Ticket Refund Plan

Given the unprecedented number of shows that have been impacted by the COVID-19 situation, we have created the following Ticket Refund Plan to give you refund options if you have tickets to a show that is cancelled or rescheduled at Rose Music Center.

CANCELLED SHOWS
Ticket holders will automatically receive a refund for cancelled events.

RESCHEDULED SHOWS
Tickets will automatically be valid for the new date, unless you opt for a refund within 30 days of the new show date being announced. Ticketholders will receive a notification email from Ticketmaster with information on the rescheduled date. If you have tickets to a show that is postponed, you will be able to select your refund option on Ticketmaster once the new date is announced. If 60 days has passed since a show was postponed and no rescheduled dates have been announced, the 30-day window for refunds will open at that time.

**Please note that the 150% credit offer for cancelled shows will no longer be available effective March 5, 2021.


FAQs

How long do I have to decide which refund option is right for me?
If you receive an email from Ticketmaster that your event has been cancelled or given a new rescheduled date, you will have 30 days to choose which option is best for you.

When will I receive information about my refund options if my show has been cancelled or rescheduled?
Ticketholders will receive an email notification from Ticketmaster with information on their canceled or rescheduled event within 24 hours of the cancellation/rescheduled announcement.

What if my show is being rescheduled but a new date has not been announced yet?
If your show is being rescheduled, you will be able to select your refund option once the new date is announced. If a new date is not announced within 60 days, we will open the refund window at that point. Please continue to check RoseMusicCenter.com and note that any changes in event schedules are being communicated directly to ticket holders via email as new details are made available.

What do I do if I did not receive a refund email but my show has been cancelled or rescheduled?
First, be sure your show has officially been cancelled or rescheduled with a new date by checking RoseMusicCenter.com. If it is listed as cancelled or rescheduled with a new date on the site and you did not receive an email, please reach out to your point of purchase.

What if I purchased tickets through a secondary or resale website?
You will need to reach out to your original point of purchase for your ticket options.

I purchased a Platinum ticket or Artist VIP package for a show that has been cancelled or rescheduled, am I eligible for these refund offers?
Yes, if you purchased a Platinum ticket or Artist VIP package for a show you are able to request a full refund.

If I request a full refund, when will I receive my money?
You should expect to receive your refund in as soon as 30 days.

What if I bought tickets to a show after the rescheduled date was announced?
If you buy tickets after the rescheduled date has been announced, they will not be eligible for a refund offer.

What are my options if I purchased tickets at the Box Office?
